An Indonesian citizen, born in 1976 and currently residing in Jakarta, Hendra Saputra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punihas University, Indonesia, earned in 2000.

Hendra Saputra is a seasoned industrial leader with over two decades of experience in mining operations, mechanical engineering, and plant management. Currently serving as Plant Director, he spearheads the company’s strategic plant operations and plays a key role in executive decision-making. His leadership is defined by a relentless pursuit of operational excellence, driving production efficiency through data-driven strategies and continuous improvement initiatives that align with long-term business sustainability.

His career journey reflects a steady ascent through critical operational roles. He began as Supervisor of Plant & Procurement, where he honed his skills in equipment sourcing and production coordination. He then spent eight years as Project Manager, successfully delivering large-scale mining and mechanical projects on time and within budget. As General Manager of Operations & Plant, he led cross-functional teams and optimized plant performance. His strategic acumen was further recognized when he was appointed Director of Mining Operations, overseeing complex asset management and production planning across multiple sites. Hendra’s deep technical expertise, combined with his visionary leadership, continues to shape the company’s growth and resilience in a competitive industrial landscape.
