PMI secures strategic Rp. 650 Billion Partnership with SBJU for Mining Operations

PT Perfisien Mining Indonesia (PMI) has officially entered into a strategic partnership with PT Sentosa Bara Jaya Utama (SBJU) through a contract agreement valued at Rp650 billion. The signing ceremony, held on 18 September 2025, marks a significant milestone in PMI’s ongoing expansion and its commitment to delivering sustainable, high-performance mining services.
Under the terms of the agreement, PMI will provide Overburden Removal and Coal Getting services across SBJU’s designated mining sites. This collaboration is expected to substantially enhance production capacity, improve operational efficiency, and support long-term resource optimization.
“This partnership reflects our shared vision for responsible and performance-driven mining operations,” said Agus Santoso, Business Development Director of PMI, during the ceremony. “PMI brings proven expertise and reliability to the table, and we are confident this collaboration will accelerate our strategic growth objectives.”
Project implementation is scheduled to commence in Q4 2025, with full-scale operations projected to begin in early 2026.
