An Indonesian national born in 1980 and currently based in Semarang, is a seasoned mining professional with a strong track record of leadership, dedication, and technical expertise. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (Institut Teknologi Nasional), Malang, earned in 2005.

With over 19 years of hands-on experience in the mining industry, Agus has successfully led numerous high-impact projects across prominent national mining companies. His career is distinguished by his role as Project Manager, where he consistently drove operational excellence, ensured compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (K3L), and contributed significantly to organizational growth.

Agus is known for his strategic mindset, high motivation, and unwavering loyalty—qualities that have earned him recognition as a talented and results-driven leader. Currently, he serves as Director of Operations at Perfisien Indonesia, where he oversees project execution and operational performance, steering the company toward continued success in a competitive industry.
