An Indonesian national, born on October 6, 1980, and currently based in DKI Jakarta. Mr. Santoso is a highly accomplished executive with a strong academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from Sriwijaya University, an advanced Master of Management degree from the same university, and currently pursuing a Doctor of Management Science degree at Mulawarman University-Samarinda.
Agus Santoso is a seasoned leader with over 23 years of extensive and progressive experience in the dynamic mining sector. His career encompasses leadership roles across more than 20 major companies in Indonesia, spanning both State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and prominent National Private Companies.
He possesses proven, high-impact expertise in Exploration, Mining Operations, and Strategic Mining Management. This expertise covers a comprehensive spectrum of the industry, including operations within companies holding Production Operation Mining Business Permits (IUP OP), as well as leading National-Scale Mining Services Contractors (IUJP).
Leveraging a vast professional network and a track record of success, Mr. Santoso is poised to deliver significant strategic contribution to Perfisien Indonesia as the Business Development Director. His core commitment is to spearhead the company’s trajectory for “Aggressive Growth and Expansion,” transforming it into a dominant, national-tier mining contractor.
