An Indonesian citizen, born in 1981 and currently residing in Jakarta, Rendi Hayes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering Management from the Islamic University of Bandung, Indonesia, earned in 2004.

Rendi Hayes is a visionary leader and one of the co-founders of Perfisien Indonesia, established in 2023. With a sharp strategic mindset, a passion for innovation, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth and operational excellence. He currently serves as Executive Director at Perfisien Indonesia, PT. Perfisien Chemical Indonesia, PT. Perfisien Mining Indonesia, and PT. Perfisien Indoenergi Nusantara—driving cross-sector synergy and sustainable development.

Before launching Perfisien Indonesia, Rendi built a distinguished career in the oil and gas industry. He served as Technical Engineer Lead at Baker Hughes Indonesia from 2017 to 2023, where he led complex engineering operations and technical teams. His international experience includes serving as Senior Well Construction Engineer at Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), UAE (2013–2017), and as Field Engineer at Weatherford in Singapore in 2011. His deep technical expertise and global exposure have equipped him with the agility and insight to lead transformative initiatives across industries.
