An Indonesian citizen, born in 1985 and currently residing in Jakarta, Sonnya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Bina Nusantara University, Indonesia, earned in 2003.

As one of the co-founders of Perfisien Indonesia, established in 2023, Sonnya brings a dynamic blend of strategic insight and operational excellence to the organization. She currently serves as Finance & HRGA Director at PT. Perfisien Chemical Indonesia, PT. Perfisien Mining Indonesia, and PT. Perfisien Indoenergi Nusantara. Her leadership is defined by high integrity, decisive execution, and a deep commitment to building resilient, people-centered organizations. Sonnya is instrumental in driving financial discipline, cultivating a strong corporate culture, and aligning human capital strategies with long-term business goals.

Prior to co-founding Perfisien Indonesia, Sonnya built a solid foundation in business analysis and corporate operations. She served as a Business Analyst at PT. Prudential Indonesia, a leading multinational insurance firm, from 2017 to 2023, where she played a key role in optimizing business processes and supporting strategic initiatives. Her earlier experience at PT. Aquatico Air Indonesia in 2013 further enriched her understanding of operational systems and stakeholder engagement—skills that continue to shape her impactful leadership today.
