PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

PAFA-010 is a silicone defoamer designed to provide maximum foam control in cement slurry. Besides preventing foam forming, the product also has a good foam killing effect on both surface and entrapped foam and is compatible with most Cement additives.

PAFA 010 is usually used undiluted, the most effective way of using the product is to add the product at a position where an adequate mixing is possible.

For killing the already formed foam, PAFA 010 can also be diluted in water and sprayed over the foam or circulated together with the foaming fluids.

In general, a dosage of 0.01 – 0.05 gallon PAFA 010 per sack cement will be sufficient to obtain a good foam control.
